2. Our Offerings

2.1 Live Coaching and Workshops

We offer live sessions aimed at supporting personal development. Schedule details will be provided upon registration.

2.2 Digital Resources

Our digital library includes guides, recordings, and workbooks for download upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Products

We may offer branded materials and tools that are shipped to your address.

3. Enrollment and Access

Upon successful registration and receipt of payment, you will receive instructions for accessing the service or product. Access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Live Coaching and Workshops

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for full reimbursement in the original form of payment. If you notify us at least 7 days before the session, you may request to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to planning commitments and resource allocation.

If we cancel a session for any reason, participants will receive full reimbursement or the option to transfer to a future session.

4.2 Digital Resources

Requests for reimbursement of digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to downloading or streaming content. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, no reimbursement will be provided due to the nature of the product.

4.3 Physical Products

You may return eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via Contact Us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a reimbursement minus any shipping fees incurred.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Live session reschedules are permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Reschedules less than 7 days in advance may require an additional fee, at our discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on foodcraftkitchen.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
